Property+Padel Announces Blockbuster Homecoming Tour of UK Events as British Padel Boom Hits New Heights

· The leading global corporate networking event series returns home to UK soil after landmark US events in New Jersey and Miami.

· First Event Announced as Summer Social 2025, which will bring together the UK’s Real Estate and Padel Communities at London venue Rocket Battersea on Tuesday 24th June.

· First Property+Padel Corporate Cup will debut at Canary Wharf’s Padium on Wednesday 23rd July.

· US Summit: Property+Padel will head back to the US for its Q4 Austin Summit, with the location and date to be confirmed in the coming weeks.

Friday 9th May 2025, London, UK: After a landmark start to 2025 on US soil, Property+Padel is heading home.

The leading global networking movement connecting the real estate and padel industries has today announced a UK Homecoming Tour featuring three major events across the capital - including a Summer Social at London’s Rocket Battersea, the series’ first-ever Corporate Cup at Canary Wharf’s Padium, followed by a flagship Property+Padel Summit in the UK, with full details to be announced soon.

The Property+Padel UK Tour 2025 will include:

· LONDON (BATTERSEA), UK – ROCKET
Summer Social | Tuesday 24 June
A relaxed networking event with padel play and drinks at London’s most fashionable riverside club.

· LONDON (CANARY WHARF), UK – PADIUM
Corporate Cup| Wednesday 23 July
The inaugural Property+Padel corporate competition, hosted at the site where Property+Padel initially began back in October 2024.

· UK – Venue TBC
Flagship Property+Padel Summit
Property+Padel’s flagship corporate networking and on-court padel event, featuring top-tier speakers, industry insights, and competitive play. Full details to be announced soon.

The announcement of the three “home gigs” for Property+Padel follows two hugely successful US events earlier this year: a sell-out session at Padel United Sports Club in New Jersey (22 January) and a major event to mark America’s Racquet Week at Padel X in Miami (20 March), which brought together leaders from across Miami’s $900bn real estate industry and the wider American padel sector.

Now, following a three-month hiatus, the series returns to home turf - and at a time when the UK padel scene is reaching unprecedented heights. With more than 20,000 new players hitting courts each month, and many clubs operating at over 90% occupancy, the timing for the first full Property+Padel summer tour couldn’t be better.

In a further boost to the real estate and padel communities, Property+Padel has also confirmed plans for its final US event of the year, set to take place in Austin, Texas during October to coincide with the Formula 1 Grand Prix. The Property+Padel Texas Summit will mark the third US event of the year and the sixth overall in 2025 (the venue and date will be confirmed in the coming weeks).

Grewal and Nichols added: “The US has proven to be a big hit for Property+Padel, and we can’t wait to return, in October, to bring our landmark event series to one of the world’s biggest new padel territories, Texas, at the time of another great sporting showpiece, the F1 Austin Grand Prix. Alongside Florida, and the US northeast, Texas has proven itself as a state with an insatiable appetite for all things padel. We decided it was Texas’ time.”
