Progressive Companies announces the relocation of its Charlotte office to Camp North End, a dynamic, creative hub known for its eclectic mix of design agencies, artistic spaces, and cultural vibrancy. The move comes after a year of strategic growth, which included a hiring surge and expansion of services in engineering, health and wellness, sports and entertainment, and more.
This new office embodies the firm's commitment to innovative design and sustainability, reflecting the firm’s values of collaboration, flexibility, inclusivity, and environmental responsibility. In designing the new workspace, the team employed the company's performance-based design approach, gathering insights from across the company to create an environment that supports diverse working styles and fosters creativity.
The office’s design integrates sustainable features including composting and eco-friendly finishes, as well as ergonomic furniture with a focus on employee health and wellness. The team intends to pursue LEED certification in addition to the campus-wide Fitwel certification at Camp North End. The historic site, a WWII-era factory, features exposed brick walls and wooden beams, blending the building’s original character with sleek, modern elements to create a unique juxtaposition of old and new.

In addition to fostering collaboration, the new office also includes quiet spaces for focused work and social areas for team gatherings, such as the central work café. Local artist Esther Moorehead has contributed murals that capture the essence of Charlotte’s urban streetscapes, further integrating the company’s identity into the space.
The office also upgrades its technological infrastructure, with state-of-the-art solutions that enhance productivity and collaboration, including smart conference rooms and portable workstations.
Located at 1801 N. Graham Street, Suite 200, Charlotte, NC 28206, Progressive Companies is proud to be part of the ongoing development of Camp North End, a 75-acre campus that will soon span over 3 million square feet. This relocation is a bold step forward as the firm continues to grow and evolve, providing its team with a workspace that reflects its culture and vision for the future.
