Through its second edition, the event has firmly established itself as the most famous professional padel tournament worldwide, thanks to its world-class organisation and the participation of the sport’s best players.

The Alpine Hexagon Cup 2025 not only stood out for the high level of padel on display but also for the incredible atmosphere created in “the world’s padel capital”, Madrid. From the tournament’s opening day, 30,000 enthusiastic fans filled the Madrid Arena, eager to catch a glimpse of this unique competition. The presence of padel’s biggest stars, including Arturo Coello, Paula Josemaría, Federico Chingotto, and Ari Sánchez, along with icons from other sports, reinforced the significance of an event that was ultimately won by Krü Padel by Taktika––the Sergio "Kun" Agüero and Gabriel Pérez Krieb-led team––after a thrilling final against the Rafa Nadal Academy powered by Richard Mille.
The Hexagon Cup has quickly become one of the most exciting competitions in sport—not just for the high calibre of players but also for its innovative team format and underlying purpose-driven narrative. This year, the event broke attendance records, attracting over 30,000 spectators across five days, with sold-out crowds on both Saturday and Sunday, further proving the tournament’s growing popularity in Madrid, a city where padel has become Madrileños’ most played sport.
Additionally, the tournament served as the perfect stage for young Next Gen female players (ages 16-22), who played a crucial role in shaping the outcome of the Alpine Hexagon Cup 2025.
Another standout figure demonstrating the event’s success was its global audience, with 2 million viewers tuning in via YouTube and an average watch time of 24:24 minutes—an increase of 29.8% compared to 2024.
The event’s official website engaged 126,000 users, while across Instagram (5.8 million accounts reached), TikTok, X, and LinkedIn, the tournament amassed a total of 20 million video views, marking a 20% increase in community growth, surpassing 55,000 followers.
A Unique Commercial Success
From a commercial aspect, the event boasted 22 sponsors, an impressive feat in what was only its second edition. In total, 57 brand activations took place across Centre Court and the Fan Zone.
Additionally, the event expanded its global reach, securing 35 broadcast partners (7 more than in its inaugural edition), bringing the Alpine Hexagon Cup 2025 into approximately 750 million households worldwide (a 9.5% increase from 2024).

The event saw 456 media accredited from local, national, and international media, including the likes of Forbes and the Daily Mail, as well as content creators eager to cover the tournament.

One of the most emotional highlights of the Alpine Hexagon Cup 2025 was the tribute to padel legend—widely considered ‘the GOAT of Padel—Fernando Belasteguín, who played his final match at the Madrid Arena before an adoring crowd that got to their feet for a standing ovation. His charisma, career, and achievements have inspired generations of players, making this tribute one of the most poignant moments of the tournament, leaving a lasting mark on fans.
