RETN Expands Connectivity to Manchester
We are delighted to announce RETN's expansion to two leading data centres in Manchester, highlighting the city's importance as a major UK hub for domestic and international network connectivity.
New Points of Presence in the Equinix and Datum (formerly Teledata) data centres are part of our commitment to bring our comprehensive suite of services closer to businesses across the Northern Powerhouse community, including local Internet Service Providers (ISPs), managed service providers, content providers, alternative network providers (Altnets), and enterprises with office locations in the region.

RETN Supports Voiped Telecom's Network Expansion
Voiped Telecom needed to enhance its European network to support ultra-low latency and high-speed data delivery, addressing issues such as bandwidth constraints and latency. They required a network connectivity supplier with extensive capacity, broad reach, real-time monitoring, and multi-redundant routes to support their growing demands and future expansion. Google Verified Gold Peering Partnership
We're proud to announce our designation as a Google Verified Gold Peering Partner, underscoring our commitment to delivering top-tier connectivity solutions across Europe and Asia. The Verified Peering Partner program enhances connectivity by identifying ISPs with superior, reliable, and diverse connectivity to Google.
We handle the complexities of peering arrangements, allowing customers to focus less on deploying and managing technical complexities. By acquiring IP Transit or Dedicated Internet Access from RETN, customers benefit from the highest quality direct connections to Google.

RETN Supercharges Polish Routes
We've made three significant enhancements to our network infrastructure in Poland, improving internet connectivity across Central and Eastern Europe.
A 150-kilometer fiber route between Biala Podlaska and Lublin enhances connectivity from the Baltics to Southern Europe by avoiding the congested Warsaw area. Additionally, we've completed a critical interconnection near the Poland-Germany border, improving latency on the TRANSKZ route between Latvia and Germany. In Warsaw, we've expanded our metro fiber network to bypass traditional congestion points, providing more resilient and high-capacity connectivity.

Celebrating Excellence: Capacity Power 100
We’re pleased to announce that our CEO, Tony O’Sullivan, and Head of Southern Europe, Milko Ilari, have been recognised in the Capacity Power 100 for their leadership in advancing the industry. Following last year’s award for 'Best Pan-European Connectivity Provider,' we look forward to continuing our success this Awards season while driving innovation and world-class connectivity for our customers.

Enhancing Global Connectivity and Network Quality for Bacloud
Bacloud faced diverse client demands for network stability and low latency, especially for customers located in Asia where latency posed a significant challenge. The quality and connectivity of network services, particularly across different countries and providers, were critical pain points that needed addressing to maintain Bacloud's competitive edge.

Our New Customer Portal
The newly launched portal aims to bring customer satisfaction to a completely new level by providing direct ways to manage services, support, orders, billing, and all communications with RETN. It enables full management of company accounts, user roles, and key information for network engineers - fostering a more transparent and frictionless experience.
Critically, it grants you access to detailed data on your network and equipment, previously only available from technical engineers in RETN’s Network Operation Centre. This transparency empowers customers with advanced service information for more effective troubleshooting and management.

New Network Operations Centre in Hong Kong
We've opened our new Network Operations Centre (NOC) in Hong Kong, enhancing network resiliency and support capabilities across our vast Asia internet backbone. This new facility complements RETN’s existing NOC in Riga, Latvia, enabling seamless, round-the-clock service across multiple time zones.
